This Banner stamp camp in a pack of clear stamps I got from K-Mart a good bargain 2 sets for $5:00. Very simple card I stamped the banner on different coloured card stock then cut it out I then stamped it again on white card stock I layered the coloured banner on top. I used another stamp from the set and mounted it on the same coloured card stock.
